JAMMU, Dec 18: The Health and Medical Education Department has constituted a committee to inquire into the delay in construction of PHC Gundana, Doda.
The three-member committee, shall submit its report within 15 days and also fix the responsibility of the officers for the blockade of funds. Rajinder Singh Tara, Special Secretary in H&ME Department, Baljit Singh Pathania, Director Health Services Jammu and Madan Lal Sharma, Joint Director (Planning) H&ME Department, are three members of the committee.
Blockade of funds and delay in construction of PHC were pointed out by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in its report for the year 2014.
