SRINAGAR : Exercising powers conferred upon him under Section 53 of the State Constitution, Governor, N.N. Vohra, today issued orders for summoning the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council to meet at Srinagar on 3rd October, 2015 at 10.00 am and 11.00 am, respectively.
