JAMMU, Sept 24: Hindi Department of Govt Degree College Akhnoor today organized Hindi Saptah as a mark of respect for national language Hindi.
An educational-cum-inspirational programme was organized by the students in which 15 students participated.
While presiding over the function, Principal Dr Asha Gupta Abrol highlighted the importance of Hindi Language and Literature and said that Hindi should be given its status as nation language.
Prof Chander Shekhar (Zoology) and Dr M K Mussa (Hindi) were present on the occasion.
