JAMMU, June 22: In an attempt to implement NEP 2020, Government College of Education, Jammu organized a value added course in Early Child Care Education (ECCE).
Resource persons from DIET and SCERT Jammu were invited to conduct informative sessions on ECCE. While inaugurating the course, Prof Aekta Gupta, Principal GCoE expressed her gratitude to Dr. Parikshit Manhas, Director SCERT for providing the necessary expertise for running this important course.
She also expressed her gratitude to Principal DIET Jammu, Nand Kishore for framing the module of the course. Over 128 students registered for the course. The resource persons for the first day were Arshdeep Kour from SCERT and Amar Jyoti Kour Coordinator ECCE from DIET Jammu.
The coordinating teams of GCoE were Prof Shalini Rana (IQAC Convener), Dr Rajinder Kour (Coordinator), Dr Maansi Sharma, Convener, ECCE Committee, Dr Shubhra Jamwal, NSS PO and Dr Shalini Sharma.
