JAMMU, Feb 13: Sarpanch, Panchayat Halqa Ufti-Pipiting, has appealed the State Government for providing regular heli- service from Leh and Kargil to Zanskar.
Skalzang Wangyal Gara, Sarpanch said that Zanskar, most remote isolated landlocked area of all the trans Himalayas valley remains cut off from rest of the world for the six coldest winter months due to heavy snow fall and people become as there is no provision of transportation to and from Zanskar.
