JAMMU, Nov 30: Internationally acclaimed senior sculptor of Jammu, Ganesh Sharma’s sculpture titled `Social Distancing COVID-19′ was selected for world’s largest online Creativity World Record Book Event, recently held in the world’s largest virtual art gallery WLOC-2020.
The sculpture having size 7*5*5 feet, is made of Sheesham, Deo dar wood, stone and metal scrap.
The global event was organized by Chappai.com with International Art and Imagination forum IAIF with collaboration of World Book Records, United Kingdom. Over 300 artists from over 50 countries participated in the event and shared their talent, time and resources. Ganesh Sharma was the only artist from J&K, who was selected for the event.
The theme for this global online event was to fight against the ongoing recession by sharing the creative industry’s outlook and revival plans for the art and creativity.
