Game Changer, Vridhi Royals emerge winners

JAMMU, Dec 14: Game Changer defeated Rising Stars by 127 runs, while Vridhi Royals trounced Jammu Tigers by 140 runs in ongoing KC Sports Club under-19 tournament, being played at KC Sports Ground, here today.
Batting first, Game Changer scored a huge total 186 runs in stipulated 20 overs wherein Musaif played a brilliant inning of 87 runs, whereas Kanhaiya made 56 and Jugjap contributed13 runs. From bowling side, Ritik took two wickets while Areen and Vinamar bagged one wicket each.
In reply, the Rising Star bundled at just 59 runs and lost the match with 127 runs. Ritik made 22 runs. For Game Changer, Abhay Tandon clinched three wickets and Samparak took two wickets.
Musaif of Game Changer was declared as Man of the Match.
Meanwhile, another match of the tournament was played between Vridhi Royals and Jammu Tigers wherein former won the match by 140 runs. Jammu tigers won the toss and elected to field first.
Batting first, Vridhi Royals made 199 runs in stipulated 20 overs. Archit played a brilliant knock of 87 runs, whereas Araya scored 63 and Jasveer contributed 20 runs. From bowling side, Mannat took three wickets, whereas Martvan bagged two wickets and Bhuvesh clinched one wicket.
While chasing the target, Jammu Tigers bundled at just 59 runs. Shahzad and Bhuvesh made 19 and 14 runs respectively. From bowling side, Tegvansh Singh and Gourav Sharma took three wickets each, whereas Aryan Mahajan took two wickets.
Archit Mahajan of Vridhi Royals was declared as Man of the Match while the matches were officiated by Ashok Singh, Dinesh Kumar and Jarnail Singh.
