UDHAMPUR, June 8: A fruit selling young boy died after he fell down from a moving bus at Madha near Chenani, here this morning.
The deceased was identified as 16-year-old Khyal Chand, son of Kartar Chand, resident of Madha in Chenani Tehsil. He was hanging from the front door of the bus bearing registration number JK02BA-6787, which was on its way from Chenani to Udhampur. He was selling local fresh fruits in the bus.
Reports said that the boy fell down from the moving bus and sustained serious head injuries. He was rushed to Sub District Hospital Chenani, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Meanwhile, a middle aged man, identified as Ganesh Ram (46), son of Kaka Ram of village Fangyal in Udhampur, was found dead under mysterious circumstances near his house. He was lying unconscious and family members took him to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared him as dead.
