First time grass root democracy being strengthened in J&K: Jugal

JAMMU, Nov 27: Jugal Kishore Sharma while addressing massive gathering at RS Pura said that Modi Government has taken a bold decision by abrogating Article 370 from State and in result of it today, after 70 years DDC elections have become possible to outreach the CSS to grass root level for benefit of poor man. It has been first time in the J&K that BDC and DDC elections are being held to build up the chain of three tier democratic system of development to empower the masses.
While appraising Centrally sponsored schemes among the masses, Sharma said that NC, Congress and PDP has made Gupkar Alliance to weaken Modi Government but it would not get possible as innocent people and get aware about their dirty politics. This is only to get fame and to save their identity. Their parties have lost their hold in public.
On the occasion of nomination filling programme of Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, Jugal Kishore said that these DDC elections are as much important as other as it will boost up the chain of development and to prevent leakage so that funds will reach to the last man standing in the queue.
Kavinder Gupta former DyCM J&K present at the occasion said that development and good governance are always motto of Bharatiya Janata Party and it is liked by whole nation. He said that numerous development works have been started in BJP Government and dedicated to the public will make BJP’s DDC candidates victorious in these elections. These elections are purely based on the agenda of development and no compromise would be made by public with anti-nationalist,”Gupkar Gang”.
Sham Choudhary, former Minister and Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, Ex MLA both DDC candidates from Suchetgarh and RS Pura and Vidya Mottan from Miran Sahib appealed public in large to vote and support Bharatiya Janata Party candidates to expedite development in their respective constituencies.
