Ex-MLA inaugurates election office at Kalakote

Rajouri, Mar 27: Senior Congress leader and former legislator Ashok Sharma has urged for taking up execution of Jammu-Rajouri-Poonch rail line project to bring twin border districts on the railway map of the country and to usher speedy social economic development.
Mr. Sharma was inaugurating Congress Party election office at Kalakote which has been setup with a view to ensure greater coordination among the party activists at various level in the constituency. He also urged for augmenting drinking water and irrigation facilities in Kalakote constituency and issuing Kissan Credit Cards and  Revenue pass books  to all the farmers  besides timely availability of seeds, fertilizers and other agriculture inputs for  enhancing Agri- productivity and production in the area.
Mr. Sharma appealed the people to vote for Congress Candidate in the forth-coming Lok Sabha election, so that the country marches ahead on the path of progress and prosperity as also for strengthening secularism and democracy.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion include M.Y. Mughal, Hans Raj, Ram Lal, Kulwant Kumar, Balwant Kumar, Som Raj Khajuria, Darbari Lal, Bashir Ahmed, Mohd. Yousaf and Ramesh Kumar.
