UDHAMPUR, May 22: Clerical Staff Association of School Education Department, district unit Udhampur has called for two-day pen-down strike on May 24-25 in protest against non-compliance of the Director School Education order for detachment of teaching staff in the CEO office as well as ZEOs’ offices in the district.
Decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of the Association , held here today under chairmanship of Mool Raj Chanayal, district president, for discussing the various issue faced by the clerical staff in Distt Udhampur .
The meet observed that attachment of teaching staff in the offices of ZEOs as well as the office of CEO Udhampur on one or other pretext, is the sheer violation of instructions issued by the Director School Education, Jammu time to time in this regard. Instead of complying the Director’s order, the CEO Udhampur attached one more teacher of Zone Ghordi vide his office order No-no CEOU/7751-52 dated 15-5-2019 in the planning section during enforcement of MCC , the Association said and unanimously resolved to observe two- day pen down strike on May 24- 25, 2019.
The meeting was attended by Rajinder Singh, Kulbushan Koul, Rajesh Dogra, Sudesh Bharti, Sohan Lal, Mohd Ramzan, Mohd Bashir, Parshotam Kumar, Ankush Sharma and others.
