Drug peddler booked under PIT-NDPS Act

Srinagar, Mar 18: Police have booked a notorious drug peddler under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining necessary sanctions from the authorities in Baramulla.
The notorious drug smuggler Basharat Rajab Dar son of Mohd Rajab Dar resident of Sheeri, District Baramulla has been booked under the PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority.
The booked drug peddler has been detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal Jail, Jammu, police said.
