SAMBA, Dec 11: A drug peddler was today arrested for selling intoxicants in Samba district , police said.
In its continuous drive against the drug menace, a police team, headed by Inspector Sanjeev Chib, nabbed drug peddler Davinder Kumar alias Paroo from Gottri-Bantalab belt in Samba district where he were selling intoxicants to local youths.
Narcotic tablets were recovered from his possession, a police officer said.
A case has been registered under FIR number 214/2015 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS in this regard, he said.
