JAMMU, Feb 20: DRS Kids Talab Tillo celebrated is 10th Founder’s Day with pomp and show at Abhinav Theatre, here today.
Prof Lalit Magotra, President Dogri Sanstha was the chief guest on the occasion, while Dimple Azad, Senior Consultant CBSE was the guest of honour.
Children presented a variety of cultural items which enthralled the audience.
The heart touching performances by the students conveyed a strong message against social evils and crimes prevailing in our society like acid attacks, molestation, child abuse and feticide.
During a three hours long event, around 15 performances were presented which made the audiences emotional as these performances were based on the emotions of father-children.
Special guests from old age Home also adorned the event with their presence and Principal Ekta Syal and chairperson Harmeet Kaur honoured the chief guest and guest of honour with mementos.
Chief guest, Prof Magotra and guest of honour Mrs Azad appreciated the wonderful effort of the management and the staff and especially the performances by the kids and their spontaneous moods during the show.
