JAMMU, Aug 26: The students of DPS, Udhampur brought laurels to the school by securing medals in the 17th SOF National Science Olympiad Level-1.
Naayaa Mehta and Soumil of Classes V-A and IV A have secured Gold medals at State Level. They received cash prize of Rs 5000 and Rs 1000 respectively.
The students, who received Gold medals at school level were Aahan Mahajan (II), Sarthak Malgoria (III), Adhyayan Punj (IV), Kanishka Chaudhary (V), G Manasvi (VI), Muskan Gupta (VIII) and Charchita B Gohain (IX).
The students, who received Silver medals at School level were Gungun Singh (V), Saksham Jamwal (VII), Priyanka Ajay (VII), Pranvi Mahajan (VII) and Abhiraksh Sharma (VIII).
The students who received bronze medals were Vansh Gupta (V), Ojasvi Singh (VII) and Aman Puneet (VIII).
The students of class VIIIth namely Sannat Abrol, Bhrigu Sawhney, Sehajdeep Singh, Abhiraksh Sharma and Mayank Jamwal brought laurels to school by securing bronze medal in State level Handball tourney.
The School Management, Principal and Staff congratulated the winners for their excellent performance.
