JAMMU, May 17: In a function here today Dogri song ‘Mai Jaani Jana’ was released.
The song ‘Mai Jaani Jana’ has been sung by Ashok Kumar and Nirbhay Slathia, lyrics were written by Padam Shri Mohan Singh Slathia, music was given by Dr. V. Kaith, Director of Production was Yogi Singh and the song has been composed by Nirbhay Slathia.
Speaking on the occasion different speakers said that the song will bring the people of Jammu close to their culture.
“In the storm of modernisation the people of Jammu have forgotten very many things and Jani (Baraat) is one of these,” they said.
They appealed to all to watch and listen the song and spread it to others.
