JAMMU, Feb 19: District Police, (DP) Poonch orgainsed a symposium under Civic Action Programme at Government Degree College auditorium on the topic “Role of youth imperative for communal harmony and national Integration”, today.
Eleven students drawn from degree college and other educational institution participated in the symposium. Masood Ahmed and Nimranjeet Kour of Government Degree College, Poonch bagged first and second prize respectively whereas Rajat Puri of Christ School, Poonch bagged third prize.
Sajad Ahmed Khan, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, was chief guest on the occasion. Dy SP DAR Khalid Amin, Principal Degree College, Tejinder Singh, Prof Musharat Hussain, Prof Kamaljeet Singh, K K Kapoor, Dr Subash Raina, Prof Rani Mughal, Dr S D Sharma and Nazir Qureshi were present on the occasion.
