JAMMU, Mar 15: Chairman Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra organized 82nd Free heart check up camp at Directorate of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Office Jammu. The camp was inaugurated by Director FCS and CA Jammu Rifat Kohli and was attended by Joint Director Ashok Kumar, Chief Accounts Officer Akhtar Hussain, Deputy Director Supplies Jammu Yudhvir Padha besides other officers.
A medical team of experts including Cardiologist from Medanta Hospital Gurgaon examined the employees and the locals visiting the office of FCS & CA Jammu for their routine work, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), ECG, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure and other tests were also done.
The motive of the camp was to provide the best health care services to the employees who are always busy in performing their duties. More than 87 people were examined by Cardiologists.
Speaking on the occasion, Rifat Kohli said “Health is Wealth” and only with good mental and physical health “we can deliver the best and serve the nation in the best way”. She also highlighted the importance of routine health check-ups and praised the Samvedna society’s initiative to provide quality healthcare services to the employees at their doorstep.
Speaking on the occasion, Keshav Chopra said that the objective for organizing such free health camps are to serve the Society and mankind. He assured that he along with his team will continue conduct free medical camps in the future also so that maximum people can take advantage of it.
Dr Shantanu Singla (Cardiologist), Sandeep Singh Jamwal (Assistant Manager Marketing), Manshu Skolia, Deepshi Mahotra, Aanchal Jamwal, Muneet Kour, Riya Thapa, Pearl, Vikas Kumar Sushil Gupta, Manoj Tandon, Fiza Mandi,Sourav and others were also present.
