Dilapidated condition of road irks people

DODA, Sept 2: The dilapidated condition of Thathri-Donadie-Bunjwah road has irked the people.
While showing concern over the deplorable condition of Thathri-Donadie Bunjwah road, the local residents of Tehsil Bunjwah have appealed to the authorities to initiate construction of the road between Donadie to Bunjwah.
The road is in worst condition since decades and has turned accidental prone, they said and added that the Government has failed to take any initiative for the maintenance of this road.
They added that in recent years, major accidents had taken place on this road because of its worst condition and despite that the authorities seem to be in deep slumber.
They alleged that the concerned department did not do its job honestly and condition of the road is deteriorating day by day.
The locals informed that this road is lifeline for more than 40000 people of Tehsil Bunjwah and hundreds of vehicles, both commercial and private pass through this road on daily basis.
They urged the concerned authorities to expedite the construction work on the road so that the people of this vast region do not suffer anymore.
