BUDGAM, SEPTEMBER 01: Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Athar Aamir Khan, today reviewed the progress of the National Highway and other vital road projects in the district at a meeting with concerned executing agencies.
The Deputy Commissioner directed agencies to expedite ongoing works while ensuring quality standards and completion within stipulated timelines. He stressed that improved road infrastructure is vital for better connectivity, seamless mobility, tourism promotion and economic growth in the district.
He called for close coordination among departments, prompt resolution of bottlenecks and regular monitoring of project progress to prevent delays and ensure timely completion for the benefit of the general public.
Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam, ACR, CE PwD, Superintending Engineer R&B, Executive Engineers of various engineering wings, officers from NHAI and other concerned officials attended the meeting.
