RAMBAN, Sept 7: Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mohammad Aijaz today convened a meeting to review the functioning of Revenue Department here today.
ADC, Babu Ram, ACR, Vevaik Puri, SDMs, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars of district Ramban were present in the meeting.
The DC gave directions to ACR and SDM to issue calendar for administrative inspection and conduct inspections of ongoing Girdawari Kharief – 2016 besides making roaster of periodic meetings of revenue officers and officials at each sub division and Tehsil level.
Tehsildars were directed to complete writing of Girdawari work in their respective areas, besides attesting all types of Mutations well before October 31. They were instructed to submit the Budget in the office of Financial Commissioner Revenue directly before or by September 30, besides preparing schedule of training programme for Revenue officers and officials.
He directed the officers not to leave station without permission and ensure punctuality in the offices.
