KARGIL, May 10: Twelve days induction program for the front line functionaries (teachers) of Education Department Kargil initiated by IMPA&RD J&K has been inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kargil at DIET Kargil.
Chief Education Officer Mohammad Mussa, Principal DIET Tswang Punchok, HoD DIET Mohammad Ali Bhuto, SSA Coordinator and DIET faculty members were present on the occasion.
40 teachers deputed from different schools of the district are participating in the training program.
Saima Jabeen, Course coordinator facilitated the process and shared the aim and objectives of this kind of training.
She requested to be punctual for the training as it is a special package for the newly teachers.
DC while underlining the importance of the training programme, expressed hope that it would help in capacity building and enhance the efficiency of functionaries at cutting edge level in discharge their duties.
He called upon the trainees to exude all out interest and involvement in the training programme, adding that it will promote the spirit of citizen centricity and good governance, motivation besides up-gradation of skills and knowledge.
Later, the DC also interacted with the trainees.
