JAMMU, Dec 6: Division Bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar has granted one week’s time to AAGs Raman Sharma and Aseem Sawhney for filing latest status report indicating the action initiated against the members of the All India Services against whom corruption cases have been registered.
The direction has been passed in a Public Interest Litigation wherein on December 28, 2020 the DB had directed the General Administration Department to file a special report before the next date of hearing indicating the action initiated against the members of the All India Services against whom the corruption cases have been registered.
