AKHNOOR, Aug 2: To announce the Students Council, the Investiture Ceremony for the year 2017-18 of Maharaja Harisingh DAV Centenary Public School Akhnoor was organized in the precincts of the school, here today.
A special assembly was organized on the occasion in which Principal of the School, Alok Betab lighted the ceremonial lamp and decorated the Head Boy Abhay Sharma, Head Girl Lipsa Rajvansh, besides Vice Head Boy Bhuvnesh Magotra, Vice Head Girl Kritima Sharma, CCA In-charges Akarshit Bargotra & Vanshika Rajput, Chief Prefects Prianshu Sharma & Vaishali Sharma, Sports In-charges Kunal Sharma & Kashish Sharma, Morning Assembly in-charges Sulabh Sharma & Arushi Gupta, Notice Board In-charges Nakul Gupta & Akriti Sharma, Over all discipline incharges Jatin Kumar & Vishakha Kumari and other discipline in-charges.
House Captains, Vice Captains and Prefects of all the four houses namely Amar, Gulab, Partap and Ranbir house were also decorated with badges.
The members of School Council pledged to abide by the rules and regulations of their alma mater and they promised to work in tandem for smooth functioning and efficacy.
Principal Alok Betab in his motivational speech urged the Council to have clear conscience while delineating their duties.
Anshu Sharma, Bandana Sharma and Shaveta Bhadrala conducted the proceedings of the programme.
