CU holds induction programme

JAMMU, Sept 1: The school of teacher education, Cluster University of Jammu, organised an induction-cum-orientation programme for newly admitted students of the integrated B.Ed and M.Ed programme for the 2026-29 session.

Dean Dr Rajinder Kour welcomed the students and highlighted the importance of academic excellence, professional skills, critical thinking, leadership and responsibility. She delivered a presentation on the course structure, covering curriculum, pedagogical practices, practicum, internship schedule and assessment methods. Further, Dr Isha Kumari, Dr Reecha Jrall and Sunaina Gupta briefed students about the subjects to be taught, their objectives, course content, learning outcomes and practical relevance.

Imran Kour presented the vote of thanks. The programme concluded on a positive note, with the department extending best wishes to students for their academic journey.
