JAMMU, Dec 13: Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of Jagdish Singh and another person allegedly involved in murder case.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “the offence alleged to have been committed by the accused is heinous and entails punishment of death or life sentence”, adding “unless and until all the witnesses are examined in the case, the court cannot come to the conclusion that there appears no reasonable ground for believing that accused are guilty of an offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life”.
