UDHAMPUR, Oct 27: Congress celebrated Accession Day with pomp and show by organising a motorcycle rally, here today.
Hundreds of Congress workers participated in the rally, which was flagged off by senior Congress leader Brij Mohan Sharma in presence of State secretary Indian National Trade Union Congress Sumeet Magotra.
The rally after passing through Salathia Chowk, Court Road, Ram Nagar Chowk, culminated at Dabber Chowk, where National Flag was hoisted by Sumeet Magotra.
While speaking, Magotra criticized the separatists for declaring the day as black day and said that Congress will not tolerate it at any cost.
