JAMMU, May 8: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has re-constituted Internal Complaint Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, for female members of J&K Administrative Services and J&K Secretariat.
The committee is headed by Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner/Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department while Shabnam Kamili, Commissioner/Secretary ARI & Training Department; Parveen Kumar, Additional Secretary, Home Department; representative of an NGO (to be nominated by Social Welfare Department) and any other person as may be co-opted by the Presiding Officer, are members of this committee.
