JAMMU, Dec 18: A car and a motorcycle were stolen from Sarwal and Canal Road areas respectively.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Chander Shekhar with Police Post Sarwal stating that some unknown persons have stolen his Alto car bearing registration number JK02CG-0327.
Meanwhile, a complaint was lodged by Nipun Gandhi, son of JP Gandhi of Roop Nagar with Police Station Nowabad stating that thieves decamped with his motorcycle from Canal Road area.
Acting over the complaints, cases under relevant sections were registered at Bakshi Nagar and Nowabad Police Stations respectively and hunt has been launched to nab the thieves.
