JAMMU, Sept 1: Cambridge International School, Purkhoo Camp, Domana, Jammu, organised its leadership programme, marking the formal handover of leadership to the newly elected student council.
The ceremony was graced by Vidhi S Singh, Chairman, CIS Jammu, as chief guest, Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal, Vice-Chairman, as guest of honour, and Renu Bangroo, Managing Director, as special guest. They were welcomed by Principal Pooja Chib and Vice-Principal Rajni Malhotra.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and Vandana. Sports In-Charge Hritik Khullar administered the oath to the newly elected council members, urging them to uphold the school's values with integrity and dedication.
Head Boy Lalit Singh Manhas and Head Girl Rishika Pandit delivered speeches outlining their vision for a positive school environment. A musical presentation by the school choir added to the celebrations.
The dignitaries encouraged the student leaders to discharge their responsibilities with zeal and commitment. Coordinator Bindu Koul proposed the vote of thanks and acknowledged the efforts of Rajni Verma and her team in making the ceremony successful.
