JAMMU, Aug 25: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) will act as king maker after next elections.
This was stated by Tulsi Dass Langeh, State president, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), while addressing a public meeting today at Bain Bajalta.
He asked the party workers to strengthen themselves in an organized way so that either they form the next Government in the State or no other party may be able to form any Government without their support, and will act as king maker.
If we see the previous record of BSP in 1996, they were having 4 Assembly seats and were number 2 in more than 5 seats and with increase in graph of their party as a whole in comparison to 1996 as has happened all over India, they can easily increase their seats in the State and will become a big force to reckon with, he added.
Rakesh Wazir while speaking on the occasion said that on most of the occasions BSP missed this Nagrota assembly seat by a narrow margin and as this time since people have tried the vested interests of political parties like NC, Congress and BJP and have come to know that they have given nothing else except corruption, lawlessness and anarchy and have remained dependent on hallow slogans only.
He added that even far flung constituencies are more developed than this constituency which starts merely 7 kilometers from the winter capital and is still struggling for basic necessities.
He asked the people for throwing these parties out in the coming elections so that this constituency may take a new turn and be able to develop itself.
Among others who spoke were vice president RL Chadgotra, BD Thappa, Sita Ram, Madan Lal, RL Sharma and Bansi Ram.
