Bowlers make merry in a low scoring affair

JAMMU, July 10: Bowlers enjoyed the day in gloomy weather conditions as 16 wickets fell today in the match played between JKCA Team A1 and JKCA A4 at University of Jammu ground, here today.
Earlier, resuming from 13/1, JKCA A1 managed to score 149 runs in 75 overs in their first innings. Udhay Pratap Singh and Rhytham Sharma scored 22 runs each, while Aryan Sharma contributed 20 runs to the total. For JKCA A4, Krishaang Brahmin and Piyush Kant took 3 wickets each, while Ritvik Jaitley claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, JKCA A4 were 79/7 in 24 overs at the draw of stumps today. Ishan Bali top scored with 33 runs while Rahul Kumar and Daman Preet Singh contributed 18 and 11 runs respectively.
For JKCA A1, Tauheed Ahmed and Piyush Sharma captured 3 wickets each while Aryan Sharma claimed 1 wicket.
The match were officiated by Deepak Gupta and Vikram Dogra as umpires, while Ashok Singh was the scorer.
