KATHUA, Mar 2: Industrial Estates Police foiled bovines smuggling bid. As per police sources, on specific information a team led by Incharge Police Post Industrial Estates Inspector Rajinder Khajuria under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Kathua Shammi Kumar and SSP Kathua RC Kotwal laid a naka at Hatli Morh and intercepted a Mahindra Load Carrier bearing registration number JK14G-9497.
During checking, police team rescued three bovines and seized the vehicle. A case under FIR Number 82/2022 under Section 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Kathua and investigation started.
