SRINAGAR: The body of an active militant was recovered, while another was captured in an injured condition in south Kashmir district of Anantnag on Thursday.
A police spokesperson said that body of one active militant, identified as Dass from Waghama Bijbehara, was recovered from the orchards in Bijbehara, Anantnag.
”The body of the killed militant has been handed over to the family members, after completion of the medico-legal formalities,” he said, adding that another militant, who was injured, was arrested by a joint team of Police and security forces from the area. (AGENCIES)
