BJP pays rich tributes to Deen Dayal Upadhyay

JAMMU, Feb 11: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) paid rich floral tributes to Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, the president of Jana Sangh and the man who gave the philosophy of Antodaya i.e. reaching last poor man in the line or “Ekatamvaad” on his death anniversary here today.
In this connection a function was organized at Party State Headquarters which was organized by  J.R. Gupta, State convener of BJP Ajeevan Sheyog Nidhi.
Remembering Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay on the day, State BJP president and MLA from Nagrota, Jugal Kishore Sharma, inspired the gathering of prominent leaders of BJP, to follow the path of “Antodaya” so that the society and thereby the nation care for the poor and all prosper in unison. On the occasion, Jugal Kishore Sharma gave significance of the programs of “One Note Kamal par Vote” and “Modi for PM Fund” which have been started under the “Samarpan Divas”, from today to February 23, this year.
Former State BJP president Sham Sher Singh Manhas remembered Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay by explaining the ideology of “Ekatamvaad” which he believe is linked with nation as motherland.
At the very outset, Ashok Kaul, general secretary (Org.) gave brief sketch of life of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, who was born in a common family but did uncommon deeds to be remembered forever. This great man facing extremely difficult circumstances was educated to become IAS Officer but instead dedicated his life to serve nation, he gave an ideology which could make a nation prosper.
Other senior leaders of the Party also paid floral tributes to this great leader and recalled his services to nation.
