NEW DELHI, June 9: The BJP will not have alliance with any political party in next year’s Punjab Assembly elections.

According to senior party functionaries, the BJP will go it alone in the Punjab elections.
“The BJP will not have any alliance with Shriomani Akali Dal (SAD),” they said. The BJP and SAD remained alliance partners before breaking away few years back.
Assembly elections are due in Punjab next year.
