As a sequel to the malpractices having been exposed in the business exploits of Gadkari, BJP has run into hot soup and find themselves on the horns of dilemma. Being supremo of the party and RSS loyalist by words and not by actions, the front line leadership of the party is still feeling hesitant to take action against Gadkari. The BJP’s main planks of “Party with a difference” has taken a hit and almost demolished to the ground.
However, after much higgling haggling, initial hiccups and the veiled dissent in the top brass, the party has apparently stood by Gadkari with full backup support. The scenario as on date is not presentable and helpful to the party.
* RSS, the parent organization of BJP is extremely anguished and unhappy on the issue of indiscipline and vulnerability of their front line leaders to corruption. RSS is strong believer of ethical approach to radical transformation of the Indian society.
* Moral degradation of BJP leaders has tarnished the image and credibility rather trustworthiness of the party. People are pained to experience Congressization happening in BJP which if not effectively checkmated would end up into their Waterloo.
* RSS operates for character building organized and strong India with equitable multidimensional progress. Being the mentor of BJP their movement also gets hit in the gut which also impacts and lowers them in the public estimation.
* BJP’s incoherent behaviour, their delinking from core national issues, tendency to follow the Congress beaten track, feeble will power to force the change has been disappointing the Indian masses to the extent that suitable alternative to Congress is not feasible at this crucial juncture. BJP need to introspect.
