SAMBA, Oct 19: BJP leader, Arun Sharma here today addressed a meeting of party workers and Sarpanches and Panches of Purmandal, Samba, Nud and Sumb blocks.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma talked about the achievements of Modi Government and number of schemes launched by it for the weaker sections of the society.
He said that village-wise committees will be formed soon to look after the problems of the people and to solve them on priority.
Speakers in the meeting raised the issues like problems being faced by the public due to poor condition Purmandal to Rajul, Goran to Samotha, Nud to Janda, Chilladanda to Kumi, Chilladanda to Kathar Brahmana and Dabo to Nagrota roads.
They also said that there is an urgent need of medical staff at Sangar and Moutlian health centres.
Demand of supply pipes at Nagrota was also raised and the issue of shortage of electrical poles and deteriorating conditions of electricity were also discussed.
The speakers claimed that there is no medical facility at Panchayat Soram and demanded the release of salaries of VDC members, regulations of daily wagers, casual and need based workers etc.
The BJP leader assured the gathering that all the issues raised in the meeting will be taken up by him on top priority with party high command and the Government to resolve them at an earliest.
