SRINAGAR, June 19: Bhartiya Janata Party’s J&K Unit today held a protest demonstration at Jawahar Nagar against the Chinese aggression in Galwan Valley of Ladakh.
The protestors burned the effigies of Chinese Premier and shouted slogans against the dragon army and in favour of Indian Army, praising its valour and courage.
State Spokesperson of BJP, Altaf Thakur while talking to the reporters on the sidelines of the protest said that China must understand that India’s leadership is in the able hand of Prime Minister Modi and that the country is capable of fighting any power in the world.
“The present leadership knows how to protect the sovereignty of the country,” he said.
He said that the PM has already hinted that the sacrifice of the soldiers will not go waste and that is why the all-party meeting has been called in to decide on the future course.
The others present during the protest said that India is not in the favour of war, but if the incidents like that of Galwan are repeated then the situation will be different.
