BJP continues campaigning for LAHDC Kargil elections

KARGIL, Aug 9: BJP State President, MLA Ravinder Raina visited the far-flung areas of Aryan valley in Kargil and addressed a number of rallies and meetings.
Raina conducted rallies at Silmo, Gargardo, Garkone and Batalik while campaigning for the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) elections in Kargil.
On this occasion many youths joined BJP in the presence of Ravinder Raina.
Speaking on the occasion,  Raina said that the only purpose of BJP is to ensure good development in Kargil. He said, if BJP is elected to power, the Aryan valley will be developed into a heritage site and the party will work to ensure proper electricity and drinking water supply, good road connectivity, school facilities and other infrastructure in every far-flung area of Kargil.
BJP State Vice-President & former Cabinet Minister, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, State General Secretary, Yudhvir Sethi, State Spokesperson & former Minister, Priya Sethi are also campaigning for the party there while BJP has also collaborated with independent MLA from Zanskar, Agha Syed and is also supporting other independent candidates in these elections.
Raina informed that on August 23 a mega rally will be conducted in Kargil by Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi while another Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will address a rally at Zanskar.
Ravinder Raina along with BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul are permanently camping in the region for the last one week and are monitoring all election preparations and rallies to ensure BJP’s win at all the seats contested.
