JAMMU, July 3: Bhatia Cricket Academy defeated Evershine Cricket Club by 39 runs to advance in the ongoing JKCA Jammu District Cricket Tournament, being organised by J&K Cricket Association (JKCA) under the patronage of CK Prasad, Administrator JKCA, Chairmanship of Syed Ashiq Hussain Bukhari, CEO JKCA and under the overall supervision of Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, Member JKCA and Member Judicial State Human Rights Commission at GGM Science College Hostel ground, here.
Batting first, Bhatia Cricket Academy scored 144 runs, wherein Ankush top scored with 71 runs and Gourav contributed 13 runs to the total. From Evershine, Banty was the pick of the bowlers who took 5 important wickets, while Bnasi claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, Evershine Club managed to score 105 runs to lose the match by 39 runs. Balbia Singh top scored with 39 runs, while Manmeet contributed 17 runs to the total. Manik and Ankaj took 3 wickets each. Ankush was declared as the man of the match for his magnificent batting display.
