Bar condemns attack on Indian Consulate

JAMMU, May 24: Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association today strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Indian Consulate in Afghanistan.
In a meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of its president M K Bhardwaj, the participants said that such acts being made by the forces inimical to peace initiatives started by India with its neighbours, are signs of growing frustration amongst them.
“Such acts need to be condemned by one and all”, they said. The Bar, however, appreciated the role of ITBP and Afghanistan Army for successfully neutralizing the terrorists without suffering any casualty.
Among others the meeting was attended by Sindhu Sharma (Vice President), Ranjit S Jamwal (General Secretary), Prem N Sadotra (Joint Secretary), Gurveer Singh (Treasure), Daljeet Singh Manhas (YLA President) and Pardeep Majotra (YLA Vice President).
