POONCH, Feb 17: A village in forward Balakote block of district Poonch is without power supply for the last more than 10 days.
Reports said that the electric transformer installed by PDD authorities at Kallar Morha village went out of order about ten days ago. The villagers brought the matter to the notice of concerned field staff. But the power supply has not been restored to the area since then. The people of the area have sought intervention of SDM Mendhar and Deputy Commissioner Poonch in this regard.
