Attend to ruralites

Sir,
Ruralites are those people who inhabit villages. This village folk plays a crucial role in the development of urban areas. In fact urbanites are dependent on ruralites for the primary raw material and human resource.
Rural folk is lagging behind their urban counterparts in almost every sphere of life. Rural population sans  opportunities and modern amenities which become the push factors to drive them to urban areas. The result of this is that rural urban migration has shown an increasing graph. This has further resulted in the increase in urban growth which has burdened the civic amenities of cities and towns.
Rural  folk is not fortunate to have access to quality education, improved healthcare, economic resource etc.  There is a digital divide between rural and urban folk. There is a yawning gap between standard of living of rural and urban folk.
Although much work has been done to uplift the rural folk and ameliorate their lot but much remains to be done. Process of urbanization has to be speeded up so that  cities have to cater less area. Urbanization will discourage rural urban migration.
Onus lies on concerned stakeholders particularly on rural development minorities that are responsible for implementing rural development schemes. All the stake holders are required to take sincere measures to address the developmental issues of rural folk including their socio economic, educational and cultural development.
Yours etc…
