SAMBA, Apr 10: Congress leader Arun Kumar Sharma today held a meeting of senior party workers of district Samba at Vijaypur and exhorted them to reach every individual for strengthening the party at grass root level and expose the BJP-PDP alliance.
While addressing the workers, Mr Arun asked them to go door to door and reach every individual for highlighting achievements of the party, which is secular in nature, has experience to keep the country united and has been working for the people of weaker sections.
“We have four 4 Municipal Committees; Vijaypur, Samba, Ramgarh and Bari-Brahmana, which must be won by the Congress party in the proposed elections, which are likely to be held soon,” he said.
Launching an attack on the ruling alliance, Arun alleged that objective of both BJP and PDP was to come to power by making compromises of their ideologies. “They (BJP and PDP) believe only in propaganda and have never taken any issue of development, which is evident from their role in just concluded Assembly session,” he alleged.
