BHADERWAH, Mar 8: The Rashtriya Rifles located at Bhaderwah under the aegis of the Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) organised a ‘free veterinary medical camp’ at Chinta for local masses of Tehsil Bhaderwah under Operation Sadhbhavana , today.
A medical team comprising of one NA from this unit and Dr Amit Sharma from Veterinary Centre, Chinta & Dr Shah Nawaz from Veterinary Centre, Bhaderwah provided the much needed veterinary cover in treatment of animals during the camp.
A large number of locals turned up for the free check-up of their animals from Chinta, Dugga, Naska, Channi, Jalga, and Trabbi and nearby villages. This camp was organised for providing necessary assistance to include medicines, equipment and other facilities for treatment of animals.
The local population and district administration were grateful to the Army for their concerted efforts and assistance in providing veterinary aid at their door step. Army distributed free medicines to the local populace.
