APS Damana organises programme

JAMMU, Aug 31: Army Public School (APS) Damana organised an impressive programme to honour and celebrate the outstanding achievements of its meritorious students.

Surabhi Sonal, Chairperson, FWO Chenab Brigade, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The programme commenced with a formal welcome extended to the chief guest and other distinguished dignitaries.

The ceremonial lighting of the lamp followed, symbolising the dispelling of darkness, followed by a melodious and invigorating Ganesh Vandana.

Academic achievers from Classes Balvatika I to IX and XI were felicitated for their exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to excellence. The first three toppers of each class were honoured with trophies, medals, stars and certificates of appreciation in recognition of their remarkable academic accomplishments. Students from Balvatika I to Class II were also felicitated for their commendable efforts and achievements.

School Principal Pushpinder Kaur congratulated the achievers and their parents on their commendable accomplishments. She appreciated the students for their diligence, determination and commitment to their goals.

The vote of thanks was proposed by Ekansh Sharma (V E) and Nayra Chouhan (IV B), who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the chief guest, dignitaries, parents, teachers and students for their presence. The ceremony culminated with the National Anthem, evoking a profound sense of pride and patriotism among all those present.
