RAJOURI, Aug 30: In connection with a narcotics smuggling case, a Police team from Amritsar took custody of two brothers at Nowshera Jangal.
Reports said that Sikandar Hussain (28) and his brother Zafar Iqbal (20), sons of Gulzar Hussain were taken into Police custody from their house in the wee hours today.
They were taken away by Amritsar Police after obtaining two day transit remand in favour of both the persons, who are allegedly involved in case FIR 164/21, U/Sec 20/21/61/85 NDPS Act at PS Khathu Nagal, Distt Amritsar.
Sources said that Zafar Iqbal is working as a labourer while his brother Gulzar Hussain is a driver by profession.
