Sir,
We the regularised female RETs and Third teachers of the State are passing through troubled times. This situation has arisen due to the RET recruitment policy. This policy is encumbered with several provisions which have a bearing on our social educational and marital life. Due to nature of job, we are supposed to work at native villages even when we have been married outside the villages. As such we can’t attend our children and in-laws, or family matters. This in turn has started to affect our day to day life.
The matter in this connection has been brought in the notice of the concerned authorities a number of times. But our pleas have not yielded any positive response from them. We again request them to bring in some changes in the Recruitment Policy that will enable us to serve in areas close to our in-laws.
Yours etc….
