JAMMU, July 4: All J&K Budh Bihar Sabha (AJKBBS) Bishnah elected new body today.
Election was conducted under the supervision of Ajaib Singh Motton, Capt (Retd) Hari Chand, Capt (Rtd) Girdhari Lal, Tarlok Motton, Ravi Kaith and Bimla Motton. Advocate Devinder Lakhotra acted as election commissioner.
Amarjeet Lakhotra has been elected as president of the Sabha, while Rajinder Billa as chairman. Sunny Kumar, Yash Paul, Ashwani Kaith and Ashwani Lahoria were elected vice presidents.
Jai Bharat and Daler Kumar have been elected vice chairman, Prem Nanda as general secretary, Vijay Targotra as secretary, Yodh Raj as press secretary, Devinder Kumar as head cashier, while Sat Paul Kaith and Vipan Kaith have been elected joint cashiers.
A seven member executive committee comprising of Manohar Lal, Bua Ditta, Sat Paul Lahoria, Yog Raj, Sat Pal Lakhotra, Sarfa Kaith and Thoru Ram was also constituted on the occasion.
